## Status
**ok (static deck)** — Deck-style HTML summarizing the ACL paper.

## Sources
- `repos/paper-deck/README.md`, `components/PaperCard.tsx` (typography / accent language)
- Full app needs Next.js + Supabase + cron corpus refresh — not runnable offline for a single ACL PDF.

## Deliverable
- `index.html` — 7-slide scroll-snap deck (title, why, elasticity, theory, evidence, scale, takeaways) with paper figures
- `figures/` — copied paper figures

## Notes
No leftover demo/Nerfies content. Real paper metrics only.
