## Status
**ok (static)** — Filled digest HTML (+ matching `digest.md`) for this ACL paper.

## Approach
- Read `repos/paper-digest/README.md` and `paper_digest/digest.py` (`render_markdown` / analysis fields).
- Full CLI (`python -m paper_digest`) expects live arXiv/Crossref/etc. feeds, state DB, and optional LLM analysis — not suitable for a single offline ACL paper without network/API.
- Delivered a static archive-style HTML that mirrors the project's digest markdown schema (highlights, focus brief, conclusion/contributions/limitations).

- `digest.md` — machine/human markdown twin
- `figures/` — paper figures
